Event Signup
Run recurring community events with automatic sign-ups and reminders. On a weekly schedule the bot posts an event announcement carrying a Sign up button; members who click are added to the guest list, and everyone signed up receives a direct-message reminder shortly before the event starts. The sign-up list resets automatically for each new event, so it always reflects the next session. During setup you choose the Signup channel for the announcement and the Event name shown in the post and the reminder. The weekly posting schedule and timezone live in the flows and can be adjusted after you import the module.

Event Signup runs your recurring events end to end without anyone having to remember to post them. On a weekly schedule the bot publishes an event announcement with a Sign up button; members who click join the guest list, and duplicate clicks are handled gracefully so nobody is added twice. Shortly before the event begins, everyone on the list receives a direct-message reminder, and the list is reset for the next cycle so it always reflects the upcoming session.
During setup you pick the Signup channel where the announcement is posted and the Event name shown in both the announcement and the reminder. The posting schedule and timezone are defined in the flows (a weekly cron by default) and can be adjusted after you import the module to match your community's routine.
FAQ
How do I change the day or time of the event?
The announcement and reminder run on cron schedules inside the module's flows. Open the flows after import to set the day, time, and timezone that suit your community.
What happens if a member clicks Sign up twice?
They are only added once. The bot checks the guest list first and lets them know they are already signed up.
Do reminders reach everyone?
Everyone on the guest list receives a direct-message reminder before the event. A member with closed DMs simply will not receive theirs; the rest are unaffected.
